A network is only as strong as its weakest handoff. So we don't add partners
to fill a map — we add them because we've audited their safety record,
their insurance and their on-time data, and we'd put our own name on their
work.
Every carrier in our network carries a minimum $1M auto liability and $100,000
cargo policy, holds a satisfactory FMCSA rating, and gets re-scored quarterly
against the same on-time metric we hold our own drivers to. Partners who slip
below the line get a conversation, then a corrective plan, then removal.
The result is a network that behaves like one company. Your
coordinator books the partner leg, tracks it on the same manifest, and answers
for it if it goes sideways. You never get handed a phone number and told to
call someone else.
