Security around the clock
Monitored intrusion alarms, 24-hour CCTV with 90-day retention, badge-controlled access by zone, and staffed gatehouses at every site. Secure cage storage available for high-value inventory.
2.4 million square feet of racked, alarmed and climate-controlled space across nine US distribution centers — with live inventory counts you can pull up yourself, and our own trucks waiting on the dock outside.
Anyone can rent you a bay. What actually costs you money is not knowing what's in it, not being able to get it out on time, and paying a second company to move it once you can.
Our nine distribution centers are racked to standard pallet positions, alarmed and monitored around the clock, and climate-controlled where the product needs it. Every pallet gets a bin location and a barcode on receipt, and every movement after that is scanned — so the count on your screen is the count on the floor.
Because we also run the trucks, warehousing isn't a separate transaction. Freight lands at the dock, gets received into your inventory, and ships back out on our own equipment under the same reference number. No handoff, no second invoice, no arguing about who lost the pallet.
Not a premium tier, not an add-on line on the invoice. Every storage agreement gets all of it.

Every pallet barcoded and bin-located on receipt, every movement scanned. Pull live counts, ageing reports and movement history yourself, any hour, without emailing anyone for a spreadsheet.
Take one pallet position or forty thousand square feet, and change it month to month as your season moves. No twelve-month minimum on shared warehousing, and no penalty for shrinking.
Our own fleet loads out of our own buildings. Orders picked in the morning can be on a truck by afternoon, on one reference number and one invoice instead of two vendors pointing at each other.
Temperature and humidity managed bays for product that can't sit in an unheated shed through a Midwest winter or a Texas summer, with continuous logging you can pull for your own compliance records.
Pick and pack, kitting, retail labelling and compliance marking, re-palletising, and returns inspection — done in the building where your stock already sits rather than shipped somewhere else first.
What happens to a pallet from the moment it hits our dock to the moment it leaves again.
Freight arrives, gets counted against the packing list, and is inspected for damage before we sign. Every pallet is barcoded and assigned a bin location, and discrepancies are photographed and reported the same day.
Received within 24 hoursPut away into racked, floor or climate-controlled space depending on the product. Cycle counts run continuously rather than once a year, which is how the count on your screen stays honest.
Live counts, any hourOrders drop in from your system or ours, get picked to a scanned bin location, then packed, labelled and staged. Kitting, retail marking and re-palletising happen here too.
Same-day cut-off 2:00 PMLoaded onto our own trucks at the same dock, or tendered to your carrier if you 'd rather. Inventory decrements as it leaves, and signed proof of delivery comes back to the same record.
POD on the same recordAll company-operated. None of this is subcontracted to a third-party warehouse with its own priorities.
The four our facility managers field most often. Anything else, someone picks up 24 hours a day.
Shared warehousing is priced on pallet positions per month plus a handling charge in and out. Dedicated space is priced per square foot on a term agreement. Value-added work — kitting, labelling, returns inspection — is quoted per unit or per hour depending on the task.
Every rate appears on the quote before you sign, including the handling charges people usually discover later. There's no separate receiving fee, no charge to pull your own reports, and no minimum term on shared storage.
Yes, and without asking anyone. Your portal login shows live on-hand counts by SKU and bin location, inbound and outbound history, ageing reports and cycle-count results. It updates as pallets are scanned, not overnight.
If you'd rather see it inside your own system, we integrate through a REST API or standard EDI — 940, 943, 944, 945 and 947 are all supported. A sandbox environment is available for testing before you go live.
Damage found on arrival is photographed and reported to you the same day, before we sign for it — which is what protects your claim against the inbound carrier.
Damage or loss that occurs while goods are in our care is ours. We carry warehouse legal liability cover and settle in-house, and separate all-risk coverage is available if you want your inventory insured at full value rather than at the statutory liability limit. Ask for it on the quote — for high-value stock it's usually worth having.
Shared pallet storage can usually take your first delivery within a week of the agreement being signed. Dedicated space depends on what's free at the site you need and typically runs three to six weeks including setup and system integration.
Scaling is the point of shared storage: take fifty positions in March and six hundred in October, and pay for what you occupy each month. If you outgrow shared space entirely, we'll move you into dedicated square footage in the same building rather than make you relocate.
Tell us roughly how many pallets, what the product is, which region you need it in, and how it moves in and out. We'll price storage, handling and outbound freight together — because that's how you'll actually pay for it.
