A fleet we maintain
640 company tractors and 1,900 trailers on a quarterly inspection cycle, with an average unit age under five years. Fewer roadside breakdowns means fewer calls explaining a delay.
Full truckload, less-than-truckload and expedited trucking across all 48 contiguous states, plus cross-border runs into Canada and Mexico. Run on our own authority with company drivers — not posted to a load board and hoped for.
Most freight brokers sell you a truck they don't own, driven by someone they've never met. We run 640 company tractors and 1,900 trailers, and the driver on your load is on our payroll.
FTL gives you the whole trailer — loaded at your dock, sealed, and not opened again until delivery. One driver, no transfers, no terminal handling. LTL puts your pallets on a shared trailer so you pay for the space you use, moving through our own cross-dock network rather than a stranger's.
Regional lanes run out of nine distribution centers, and our final-mile fleet handles residential and lift-gate delivery where a 53-foot trailer simply can't go. Cross-border runs into Canada and Mexico clear through our in-house brokerage, so the truck doesn't sit at the bridge waiting on a third party.
| Equipment | Deck length | Max payload | Typically used for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 53' Dry van | 53 ft | 45,000 lb | General palletized freight, retail replenishment, packaged goods |
| 53' Refrigerated | 53 ft | 43,500 lb | Produce, protein, dairy, pharmaceuticals and anything temperature-bound |
| 48' Flatbed | 48 ft | 48,000 lb | Steel, lumber, pipe, machinery and anything loaded by crane or forklift from the side |
| 48' Step-deck | 48 ft | 45,000 lb | Tall equipment that won't clear bridges on a standard flatbed |
| 26' Straight truck | 26 ft | 10,000 lb | Final-mile, residential and lift-gate delivery where a tractor-trailer can't turn |
Not a premium tier, not an add-on line on the invoice. Every truckload gets all of it.

Every tractor reports position continuously, so your tracking page shows where the truck actually is — not the last terminal scan. ETA updates automatically when traffic or weather moves it.
Two-hour delivery windows, night and weekend collection, and standing weekly lanes for recurring freight. Appointment changes go through your coordinator, not a ticket queue.
Standard carrier liability pays pennies on the pound. We write all-risk coverage up to $250,000 per shipment, quoted upfront and settled in-house within 15 business days.
On our payroll, not contracted per load. Average tenure across the fleet is nine years, and a zero-tolerance hours-of-service policy keeps our CSA score in the top decile for carriers our size.
Canada and Mexico runs clear through our own brokerage with paperwork filed before the truck reaches the crossing — so it doesn't sit at the bridge waiting on somebody else's fax.
What happens after you send the details — and who owns each leg of it.
Send weight, dimensions, pickup zip and destination zip. We price FTL and LTL together with every accessorial included, and book the equipment the moment you approve.
Quote in 1 business hourA named driver and unit are assigned, and you get both. The truck arrives inside your booked window and the freight is scanned onto the manifest at the dock.
Driver assigned by nameGPS reports position continuously and the ETA recalculates against traffic and weather. If it slips more than an hour, your coordinator calls before you notice.
Live position, live ETADelivered inside the appointment window, unloaded to your dock requirement, and signed for. Proof of delivery with signature and timestamp hits your inbox the same day.

Case01
Regional runs out of our nine distribution centers, plus residential and lift-gate delivery in a 26-foot straight truck where a 53-foot trailer can't physically turn.
Case02
Runs into Canada and Mexico with customs paperwork filed by our own brokers before the truck reaches the crossing, so it clears instead of queuing behind a missing document.
Case03
Freight that won't go in a box — loaded from the side or the top, strapped and tarped by drivers who do it every week rather than once a quarter.
The four dispatch fields most often. Anything else, someone picks up 24 hours a day.
The rough line is six pallets. Below that, LTL is almost always cheaper because you're only paying for the space you occupy. Above it, FTL usually wins even with empty trailer space.
Take FTL earlier than the math suggests if your freight is fragile, high value or on a tight clock. LTL moves through cross-docks and gets handled several times; a full truckload is loaded once, sealed, and opened at delivery. We price both on every quote so you can see the gap.
A single driver covers roughly 500 miles a day once federal hours-of-service limits are respected. Los Angeles to New York is about 2,800 miles, so five to six days solo.
Team drivers cut that to two or three days by running in shifts, which is what we put on expedited bookings. LTL takes longer than either because the freight routes through cross-docks — typically 4–7 days coast to coast.
Detention applies when a driver waits at your dock beyond the free loading time. Accessorials cover the extras — lift gate, inside delivery, residential access, limited access sites, reconsignment and layover.
Every one of them appears on your original quote with its rate, so nothing new shows up on the invoice. If a wait is caused by our scheduling, we don't charge for it.
The large majority of our freight moves on our own trucks with our own drivers. Where a lane falls outside our network or our fleet is committed, we use a vetted partner carrier — and we tell you that at quote stage rather than after the fact.
Partner carriers carry minimum $1M auto liability and $100,000 cargo cover, hold a satisfactory FMCSA rating, and are scored quarterly on the same on-time metric as our own drivers. Either way the booking stays on our reference number and your coordinator answers for it.
Send weight, dimensions, pickup zip and destination zip. We'll price FTL and LTL side by side with every accessorial listed upfront — so the number you approve is the number you're invoiced.
